Burritos for Serious Appetites

Technically you can eat a Dos Coyotes burrito with your hands, but unless your mouth is the size of a small melon, we recommend a knife and fork. These are one pound+ monsters, filled with all the amazing things that make burritos so… burrito-ful.
 
All our burritos are served with fresh chips (hellooooo salsa bar…), and for a little extra we can throw in a side of rice, beans or a salad.

  • Border Burrito

    Flour tortilla with cheese, guacamole, salsa, black beans, rice, sour cream, and choice of steak, carnitas, or chicken.

  • Coyote Bowl

    Any of our famous Burritos in a bowl (no tortilla, less carbs). Baby lettuce added upon request.

  • Southwest Burrito

    Flour tortilla with cheese, guacamole, salsa, and choice of chicken, steak, carnitas, or rice and bean.

  • Ranchero Burrito A la carte

    Southwest burrito baked with ranchero sauce and melted cheese. Your choice of chicken, steak, carnitas, or rice and bean.

  • Lean and Mean Market Burrito

    Designed for athletes and high performance lifestyles. Flour tortilla with your choice of black or anasazi beans, rice, charbroiled chicken and salsa.

  • Bean and Cheese Burrito

    Flour tortilla with your choice of black or anasazi beans and cheese.

  • Red Chile Sauce

    Served with citrus-marinated onions, cilantro & cotija cheese.

  • Green Chile Sauce

    Topped with lettuce, pico de gallo & cotija cheese.

Seafood Burritos

Just as incredible as our other burritos, but filled with your choice of herb-marinated seafood, cheese, guacamole, rice, salsa and white sauce, all lovingly tucked up in a flour tortilla.

  • Paella Burrito

    Two grilled shrimp, mahi mahi, rice, cheese and New Mexican chicken sausage wrapped in a flour tortilla with red pepper aioli and roasted tomato salsa.

  • Mahi Mahi Burrito

    Marinated, charbroiled wild-caught mahi mahi.

  • Shrimp Burrito

    Six succulent charbroiled shrimp.

  • Salmon Burrito (when available)
