A vegetarian menu that isn’t an afterthought

We understand and support the benefits of a vegetarian diet and this commitment shows in Dos Coyotes’ menu. Our rice and anasazi beans have zero animal products in them. We only use olive and canola oils for our dressings and marinades.

 

Our vegetarian dishes are as complex, flavorful and diverse as every other item on our menu.

  • Southwest Rice and Bean Burrito

    Flour tortilla with guacamole, fresh salsa, cheese, rice and black beans.

  • Ranchero Rice and Bean Burrito

    Southwest burrito baked with ranchero sauce, melted cheese, rice and beans.

    Mixed salad, corn, jicama, red onion, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole with Southwestern vinaigrette.

    Anasazi beans, rice, flour tortilla and cheese.

  • Cheese Enchilada Plate

    Melted jack and cheddar cheese with ranchero sauce.

  • Quesadilla with Pasilla Chile

    Melted cheese served with salsa, sour cream and guacamole.

  • Navajo Nachos

    Tortilla chips with black beans, melted cheese, salsa, guacamole and sour cream.

  • Southwest Dinner Salad

    Mixed greens, tomato, carrot and red bell pepper with Southwestern vinaigrette.

  • Yucatan Salad

    Green leaf lettuce, red onion, carrot, sweet peppers, cabbage and corn in Southwest vinaigrette served on a flour tortilla with fruit salsa and chipotle cream.

  • Coyotes’ Yin Yang Salad

    Jicama, red bell pepper, scallions, cashews and snow peas, served on a bed of red cabbage, and mixed greens.

  • Bean and Rice Taco

    Anasazi beans, rice, lettuce and cheese.

  • Howlin’ Tostada

    Crisp corn tortillas with creamy anasazi beans, lettuce, corn/black bean salsa, mango dressing, spicy pumpkin seeds, cotija cheese and fried plantain.
