A salad for every mood

First Bobby Coyote said his favorite was the Adobe Chicken Salad. The next day he said it was the Yin Yang. And the next day… You get the picture.


Our menu includes a salad for every mood and day of the week (try it, you’ll see what we mean). The flavor combinations and influences are all unique. But they’re all delicious. And huge. Seriously. You won’t leave hungry.

  • Fajita Salad

    Flame grilled meats and vegetables (red bell and jalapeno peppers, red and green onions, tomato & mushrooms) on a bed of romaine in a creamy cilantro dressing atop a charred tortilla with re-friend beans, avocado, roasted tomato salsa and cotija cheese.

  • Spinach Salmon Salad (when available)

    Grilled salmon, baby spinach, jicama, mushrooms and crisp tortilla noodles in orange-chipotle dressing topped with mango, orange and cashews.

  • Howlin’ Tostada

    Crisp corn tortillas with creamy anasazi beans, lettuce, black bean-corn salsa, orange-chipotle dressing, spicy pumpkin seeds, and cotija cheese.

  • Caesar Salad w/ Chicken

    Charbroiled chicken breast, romaine lettuce, red onions, Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese and corn salsa. (Vegetarian option also available).

  • Yucatan Chicken Salad

    Charbroiled chicken breast on green leaf lettuce, black beans, red onion, carrot, sweet peppers, cabbage and corn in Southwest vinaigrette served on a flour tortilla with fruit salsa and chipotle cream. (Vegetarian option also available).

  • Adobe Salad

    Mixed salad, corn, jicama, red onion, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole with Southwestern vinaigrette. (Also available with steak, chicken or shrimp).

  • Coyotes’ Yin Yang Salad

    A Southwestern Asian chicken salad. Charbroiled chicken breast, jicama, red bell pepper, scallions, cashews and snow peas, served on a bed of red cabbage, and mixed greens. (Vegetarian option also available).

  • Southwest Dinner Salad

    Mixed greens, tomato, carrot and red bell pepper with Southwestern vinaigrette.
