Responsibilities
Kitchen personnel are responsible for the preparation and presentation of Dos Coyotes menu items, and proper care of restaurant facilities and equipment, including:

  • Food preparation in accordance with our unique recipes and specifications
  • Controlling product quality and appearance in accordance with the company’s stringent standards
  • Maintaining restaurant facility and equipment cleanliness and sanitation
  • Attention to product cost and waste management

Qualifications
A Dos Coyotes cook should have the ability to work collaboratively with others in a highly charged, fast-paced environment; previous cooking experience is preferred but not required.
