Prep and Line Cook
Kitchen personnel are responsible for the preparation and presentation of Dos Coyotes menu items, and proper care of restaurant facilities and equipment, including:
- Food preparation in accordance with our unique recipes and specifications
- Controlling product quality and appearance in accordance with the company’s stringent standards
- Maintaining restaurant facility and equipment cleanliness and sanitation
- Attention to product cost and waste management
A Dos Coyotes cook should have the ability to work collaboratively with others in a highly charged, fast-paced environment; previous cooking experience is preferred but not required.
