Assistant Manager

Responsibilities
The assistant manager is responsible for supervising restaurant operations on assigned “manager-on-duty” (MOD) shifts, including:

  • Maintaining Dos Coyotes’ food quality, guest service and cleanliness standards
  • Assuring the safety and security of the restaurant, its employees and guests
  • Employee administration and productivity
  • Restaurant cost control

Qualifications
An applicant should have several years experience working in a quick service or causal dining restaurant, preferably with at least one year as an assistant manager or shift leader. He or she will pay attention to detail, demonstrate a commitment to sound financial controls, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be orientated toward hospitality and service.
