Whether you’re catering your office holiday party or a conference of thousands, Dos Coyotes’ full-service team can build a menu customized to fit your taste, audience and budget. Our gourmet southwest cuisine adds a fresh, unique flavor to:

We are an approved caterer for UC Davis and are happy to accept purchase orders.
Service options include:
- Drop offs — We handle delivery and set-up
- Individual boxed lunch — Individually ordered boxed lunches (including a beverage) for all types of events or meetings
- Buffet-style — Our professional staff are happy to set up your buffet (with chafing dishes) and serve to guests’ needs

Dos Coyotes’ has comprehensive catering and service capabilities to meet your unique needs, but here are a few examples of menus we’ve created for satisfied clients:
Mesa Taco Bar
Dos Coyotes’ “build your own Mesa Taco Bar” includes our marinated, charbroiled chicken, rice, beans, corn tortillas, salsa, lettuce & cheese. Serves 8-10 people. (Also available with steak).
Burritos by the Dozen
Your choice of 12 Southwest burritos. Chicken, steak or rice & beans. Choice of 2 pints salsa & chips. Burrito knife included. (Border “Burritos by the Dozen” also available).
10 flour tortillas filled with charbroiled chicken, jack and cheddar cheese; baked in our own ranchero sauce. (Cheese Enchiladas also available).
*Enchiladas will be presented in “to go” tray when ordered.
Navajo Party Dip
Seven layers of fiesta fun; black beans, guacamole, sour cream, fresh tomato salsa, shredded cheese, mild chiles, and corn salsa; served with fresh tortilla chips.
(Please allow 48 hr. notice)
Romaine lettuce, charbroiled chicken breast, parmesan, crispy tortilla strips, and our own Caesar dressing, wrapped in a flour tortilla (12 per tray). (Also available without chicken).
Kokopelli Shrimp Skewers
40 shrimp marinated with orange & cilantro, skewerd, then charbroiled and served room temperature with chipotle cream.
Trail Blazin’ Skewers
48 marinated, fire grilled, sterling steak or chicken breast skewers with your choice of teriyaki, chimichurri or our traditional southwest BBQ chile sauce.
24 taquitos – charbroiled chicken or steak with sautéed peppers and onions wrapped in crisp corn tortilla shells; served on a platter with sour cream and guacamole.
Yucatan Chicken Salad
Our Coyote dinner salad served with four charbroiled chicken breasts, chipotle cream & fresh fruit salsa. (Also available without chicken).
Coyotes’ Yin Yang Salad
Our Southwestern Asian chicken salad with 4 charbroiled chicken breasts, jicama, red peppers, scallions, cashews & snow peas, served on a bed of red cabbage and mixed greens. (Also available without chicken).
Romaine lettuce, red onions, Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese & corn salsa. (Also available with chicken).
